I saw Nahida after my dermatologist suggested IPL therapy to reduce the appearance of sun spots an aging spots on my face<br><br>She made me feel comfortable, she explained everything clearly, she set expectations for the experience and the outcomes.<br><br>The experience was exactly as she described an I had only minimal pain with each pulse and it subsided immediately. Slight feeling of a sunburn after as she described. She was thorough and enthusiastic about how I would feel afterward.<br><br>We booked a follow up for about a month out to check on the results. So far, it’s been less than a week and all but three spots have completely flaked off and the three that remain are clearly healing to their normal color.<br><br>Im beyond impressed by this therapy and by the experience. My only regret is that I did not go to Nahida sooner.<br><br>If you have spots on your skin that you want to clear up, go to Diamond Laser Center! They are the best!

I was searching online for a Teen facial for my 13 year old daughter when I found Diamond Laser Center. I sent an inquiry message in Instagram and they responded very quickly. I did not hesitate to set an appointment right away. When we arrived in the clinic, we were greeted by Sarah with a very sweet smile. She then informed us about the treatment and procedures she was going to give to my teenage kid. I was interested in laser treatment for myself, so I asked about it as well. I did not have a scheduled consultation appointment with her mom, Nahida, but they accomodated me. I was in the other room having consultation with Nahida while my daughter was with Sarah for the facial. Nahida answered all my questions and provided professional advice and suggestions for treatment, skin care routine, and products to use. She was very detailed and an expert in her field, but she won’t pressure you to avail any services or products unless you decide for it yourself. I then went in to check with my daughter, she was very relaxed and enjoying the moment. Sarah’s warm touch eased out my daughter’s fear. Sarah was amazing and my daughter couldn’t stop talking about her. I booked her second facial for next month and will try the laser treatment for myself after our vacation. And it’s a small local business! While you may not be 100% completely hairless after 6 sessions (you can always get more), you’ll be 99% hairs less and extremely satisfied :)!

I cannot say enough good things about Diamond Laser Center. I used to have HORRIBLE irritation and ingrown hairs before the laser. It made me never want to shave even though I much prefer to. Shaving just to go swimming or wear shorts was always a hassle and long process, only to be painful and uncomfortable the next day and have the hair grown back in about two days. They will always be honest with you on what is needed and how things work. Some people will require more treatments because our bodies are different. I've been slowly getting all the unwanted hair laser removed from my body... one area at a time. I started with the horrible perimenopausal chin/lip hairs that started cropping up recently.... after that, I got my underarms done... and now I'm currently halfway through getting my lower legs done. So far I'm very happy with all of my results.<br><br>Nahida is extremely professional and honest. She told me about how some hair is more resistant than others (face vs legs). This is very true, especially with hormonal fluctuations, ethnicity, gender, etc. at play in all of us. Six treatments is the industry standard for most folks, but some of us (cough cough, Italian women zooming into menopause, cough cough) might need a few more. For instance, my underarms... the hair did come back a few months after the sixth treatment, but it's MUUUUCH thinner, finer, softer, and barely noticeable to others and still only needs to be shaved like once every two weeks... but I'll get another round of treatment done to get it gone :)<br><br>I drive all the way from Fredericksburg to Richmond every 4-8 weeks (depending on that area's cycle) because Nahida is the best, with one of the only TRUE laser treatments in the area.<br><br>Don't fall for IPL if you can have true laser results for the same price most of the charlatans are pushing for an inferior product and result.

Nahida is the first person who taught me how to treat my skin right! She is very knowledgeable about what she is doing. She will be honest with you from the consultation till the end. I have light skin with dark hair. I had six treatment packages for multiple body parts. It was enough for most of it, but I needed to add half more package for one body part which I was warned that could have happened. You should be mindful that every skin type is different before you start the treatment. What I mean is you may not have the same experience. Trust her when she disagrees with you and listen to her carefully when she informs you about progress. If you are interested in doing laser hair removal, I would highly recommend you to try this place.

I've always had my hair long to help hide the beard and sideburn shafows from shaving every morning. My skin tone is also on the darker side. Nahida was able to pair my skin tone with the correct skin type on the right laser machine and I absolutely love the results!! I have heard of so many people who do laser hair removal only to see either no results or have their hair grow back soon after. I have had close to no hair grow back. The hair that does grow back is so thin that it is barely visible and it is not enough to shave (underarms). Also bye bye to that dark underarm shadow that you usually see after shaving!

I went to Diamond Laser Center for sunspots, acne scaring and general discoloration on my whole face. I got the package of 3 and we spaced my appointments four weeks apart. After treatment, the spots got way darker and eventually fall/ peel off. The results are AMAZING! My face has gotten a whole lot lighter with no more dark spots! Nahida is incredible! I had received laser hair treatment at a different spa a few years prior, but the laser treatment was very painful and the staff really only seemed to care about their bottom line rather than their customers. Nahida is completely the opposite. She really cares about each one of her customers, her laser is much newer and is virtually painless! She really takes time to explain any questions that you have, and loves her customers. The spa is very clean and comfortable and even my husband doesn't mind waiting in the waiting area watching TV!
